4. Reporting Damaged Items If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately by following these steps:

  • Send an email to info@afroditeatelier.co.za within 24 hours of receiving the package.

  • Include the following in your email:

    • A clear image of the damaged item and its packaging.

    • A signed note indicating the date and time the package was received.

    • Images of the packaging to compare timestamps.
